To enjoy spirulina powder pleasantly, we suggest you include it in a recipe for your family aperitifs or as an avocado-based starter: Spiru-guacamole.
You need a blender and here is the list of ingredients:
1 avocado
1 or 2 sprigs of basil
1 fresh lemon
1 small white onion
salt + spice
Athma spirulina powder
The steps of the recipe:
- Prepare the avocado: cut it in half, remove its skin, then cut into small cubes.
- Mixer to assemble and bind: put the pieces of avocado in the bowl of the mixer, add the lemon juice (quantity according to your taste).
- Then you have to peel the onion, cut it in four and put it in the blender.
- Add the fresh basil and 2 teaspoons of spirulina
- Add your spices: salt (at least) and Indian spice of your choice.
- Mix everything finely
To serve, we invite you either to spread the Spiru-guacamole on toast, or to use it in a small purée accompanying a plate of entry of vegetables.
You should thus have a dish for about 4 people and this will have mobilized you about 10 minutes.
