In the sweet recipes that we offer you based on spirulina, here is the spiru-kiwi smoothie, to be made preferably at the height of the French kiwi season (harvest in September-October = excellent from November to March).
To make it, here is the list of ingredients to collect:
– 2 kiwis (green or yellow)
– 1 apple (we are in the kiwi and apple season phase)
– 1 avocado
– 1/2 lime
– 1 tsp of spirulina powder
Realization in 3 stages:
- Peel the kiwis, apple and avocado
- Place in the blender bowl, adding the lemon juice and the teaspoon of Athma spirulina. Add a little water (if you want a liquid smoothie).
- Serve in a glass or mug (with a nice little message)
Depending on your tastes you can imagine variations by adding, for example, mint leaves and some spices.
